Ingredients:
1 cup peeled and chopped tomatoes, 1 cup minced green peppers, 2 tbsp minced onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp each of basil, oregano, and cilantro, 2 tbsp olive oil, Bragg's Liquid Aminos
Directions:
Combine vegetables in a bowl. Blend half of the mixture in a food processor until smooth, then return it to the bowl. Stir in the seasonings and oil. Chill before serving.
