Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients:
oats
nuts, almonds
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
spices, nutmeg, ground
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
vanilla extract
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
Directions:
1.
Heat non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2.
Pour batter in a bowl and grease frying pan.
Spoon 1/2 cup of batter onto pan and let cook for 3 minutes on each side.
3.
Serve warm with butter (or ghee) and warm maple syrup (or maple agave nectar).
