Emeril's Burger Seasoning
Ingredients:
spices, paprika
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to blend thoroughly.
Store in an airtight container.
Use 2 to 3 teaspoons per pound of ground beef, turkey, or chicken.
