Australian Damper (Bread Machine)

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate

Directions:
Add ingredients in the order specified by your bread machine.
Set machine to yeast free setting.
If you don't have one, I would recommend making the dough in the machine, and then baking in the oven.
