Bleu Cheese And Chive Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
onions, raw
celery, raw
chives, raw
cream, sour, cultured
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
vinegar, cider
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Water, and bring to a boil.
Cook 8 min or possibly till tender.
Drain and place in a large bowl.
Add in onion, celery, and chives; toss gently.
Combine lowfat sour cream and next 4 ingredients; stir in cheese.
Pour over potato mix; toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill.
Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 c.).
