Chocolate Myoplex Pancakes
Ingredients:
egg substitute, powder
beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
beverages, protein powder whey based
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients first
Then add all wet ingredients and mix well.
Heat a fry pan/griddle and grease LIGHTLY.
Pour small amount of batter (about a 1/4 cup) into pan and spread evenly with a spoon.
When bubbles appear on surface and begin to break, turn over and cook the other side.
