Healthy(Er) Baked Cajun Chicken
Ingredients:
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
spices, onion powder
spices, thyme, dried
spices, garlic powder
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Preheat to 375 degrees F.
Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Spray 9x13 pan with non stick spray.
Put chicken in the pan and brush with milk.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.
Bake for 45-55 min.
