Vegan Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients:
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
spinach, raw
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
onions, raw
bacon, meatless
spices, paprika
Directions:
In a frying pan over medium-high heat combine tofu (crumbled), a handful of spinach, chopped red peppers, chopped onion, chopped vegetarian bacon, and a few dashes of paprika.
Saute until veggies are cooked and tofu is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
