Spinach and Kale Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:
sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
cherries, sweet, raw
kale, raw
spinach, raw
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
avocados, raw, all commercial varieties
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
spices, cumin seed
spices, thyme, dried
spices, garlic powder
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
spices, basil, dried

Directions:
Combine tofu seasoning ingredients and let marinate for up to 5 minutes.
Heat olive oil in medium saucepan.
Add spinach and Kale , sautee for 5 minutes.
Add remaining veggies and tofu.
Scramble until water is vaporized and tofu is browning on one side.
Enjoy!
Add and alter veggies and seasoning as desired.
