Energy Bar (Clif / Larabar)
Ingredients:
dates, deglet noor
nuts, almonds
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
spices, cinnamon, ground
oats
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Blend dates, almonds, peanuts and cinnamon in food processor for 2-3 minutes.
Add oats, chocolate chips and pulse until they look incorporated.
Dump everything on a piece of plastic wrap and cover with another piece of plastic wrap and mush it together.
Use rolling pin to flatten and cut into desired size of bar with pizza cutter.
