Cinnamon Crumble for Apple Pie Served at 2013 Inaugural Luncheon
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
butter, without salt
Directions:
Blend first 5 ingredients in a food processor.
Add chilled butter cubes and pulse in on/off turns until the mixture resembles wet sand.
