Cajun Catfish Recipe
Ingredients:
fish, catfish, channel, wild, raw
mustard, prepared, yellow
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
Directions:
Mix mustard and warm sauce together.
Coat fish nuggets, and put in baggy with cornmeal (sprinkled with seasoning).
Shake till coated and deep fry.
