Marinated Olives and Feta
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, oregano, dried
spices, thyme, dried
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, pepper, black
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
cheese, feta
Directions:
Heat a 9-inch skillet over low heat.
Add olive oil and allow to warm.
Add oregano, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper.
Allow the herbs to infuse the oil for about 3 minutes.
Add the olives and combine.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Cube feta cheese into bite size pieces.
Add to olives.
Allow to marinate for 2 hours or more.
Pour into a decorative bowl and serve at room temperature.
