DIABETIC SPICE CAKE
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs, crushed
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. Synthetic sweetner
1 c. dates, chopped great
3 apples, peeled and lower in lg. ingredients
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
Mixture all ingredients and bake inside penned Bundt pan (spray with Pam)
In 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
