Strawberries and Strawberry Ice Cream with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:
strawberries, raw
sugars, granulated
vinegar, balsamic
spices, pepper, black
ice creams, strawberry

Directions:
Place strawberries in a bowl.
Sprinkle with sugar, vinegar and pepper.
Toss until well combined.
Let stand 1 hour or all day.
Divide the ice cream into 4 serving dishes.
Top with 1/4 of the strawberries and the juice.
Serve immediately.
