Easy Cheesy Sauce
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Heat oil in pan.
Mix in flour, browning slightly.
Add milk, stirring constantly to thicken.
Mix in cheese, allowing it to melt.
