SHERRY Switch
1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 ounces sherry
1/2 ounce product (optional)
1/4 ounce mild crème de cacao (optional)
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add egg, sugar, sherry and optional ingredients, if preferred.
3. Shake.
4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
