Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
1 lb strawberries, washed and dried
1 lb rhubarb, leaves eliminated and stalks washed
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
Instructions:
Hull strawberries and slash into quarters. Slash rhubarb in just 2 inch slices.
Mix compote elements within just a saucepan, deliver to a boil and carefully simmer earlier mentioned medium-lower warm right until small and thickened and the fruit incorporates softened, around 15 minutes. Remove in opposition to warmth.
