Healthy Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients:
carrots, raw
cabbage, raw
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
raisins, seeded
apples, raw, with skin

Directions:
Toss together carrots, cabbage, peanuts, sunflower seeds, raisins and apple.
Blend banana, buttermilk, cheese and apple juice in a blender.
Toss dressing with salad.
Serves 6 to 8.
