Cheddar Rum Spread
Ingredients:
cheese, cheddar
butter, without salt
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for an hour or so until flavors can blend.
