Fresh Fruit Cobbler
Ingredients:
blueberries, raw
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Arrange fruit evenly in the bottom of a 13x9x2" greased baking dish.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Spoon over fruit.
Combine sugar and cornstarch and sprinkle over batter.
Pour water over all.
Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender.
