Bodybuilder Broccoli Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
broccoli, raw
fresh red onions,
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
raisins, seeded
cheese, feta
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
sugars, granulated
lemon juice, raw

Directions:
In bowl, combine broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, raisins and feta cheese.
(DRESSING): Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice; toss with salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for 2 hrs.
(Salad can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.)
Makes 6 servings
