Dipping Sauce for Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Sauce Only)

Ingredients:
roland, seasoned rice wine vinegar,
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
spices, garlic powder
salt, table

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and wisk.
Serve with soft spring/summer rolls!
