Vietnamese Vegetable Stock Nuoc Leo Rau Cai
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
carrots, raw
cabbage, raw
celery, raw
radishes, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Boil.
Reduce liquid to half.
Strain and store.
Use in place of Chicken Broth in Vietnamese recipes.
