Super Easy Microwave Cheese Sauce for Lasagna
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, cheddar
Directions:
Melt butter for 40 secs on high.
Stir in flour & cook for 1 min on high.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook for 4-6 mins on high, stirring every minute.
Stir in cheese.
