Blackberry And Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe

oil, olive, salad or cooking
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
Directions:
In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add in the oils in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette till it is emulsified.
Stir in the tarragon.
Makes about 1/2 c..
