Homemade Vanilla Berry Sorbet
Ingredients:
goji berries, dried
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
Directions:
Add fruit and yogurt to food processor or blender and pulse for about a minute, until large chunks of fruit are broken down.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency and serve in bowls (mixture will be fairly thick) so it tricks you into thinking youre eating ice cream!
Add a little sugar or sugar substitute if you like things a little sweeter.
