Butterscotch Brownie Mix in a Jar
Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, pecans
sugars, brown
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and salt.set aside.
Layer ingredients in order given in a one quart wide-mouth jar.
Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next ingredient.
ATTACH RECIPE BELOW TO JAR:.
Butterscotch Brownies:.
Empty jar of brownie mix in large mixing bowl.
Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
Add:.
3/4 cup butter, softened.
2 large eggs, slightly beaten.
2 tsps vanilla.
Mix until completely blended.
Spread batter into a sprayed or greased 13x9 inch pan.
Bake at 375* for 25 minutes.
Cool on wire rack before cutting.
