Blender Pancakes (Food Storage)
Ingredients:
oats
barley, hulled
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
leavening agents, baking soda
water, bottled, generic
vinegar, distilled
Directions:
Blend grains and first portion of water until smooth.
Add oil, baking powder, salt, and powdered milk and blend.
Gently mix in baking soda, remaining water, and vinegar.
Pour portions onto hot griddle and cook until browned on each side.
