Vegan Pumpkin Spice Granola
Ingredients:
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, ginger, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
spices, cloves, ground
oats
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
nuts, walnuts, english
seeds, pumpkin and squash seeds, whole, roasted, without salt
seeds, chia seeds, dried
salt, table
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
syrup, maple, canadian
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Start by making pumpkin spice.
Mix cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves together is a small jar; set aside.
In a large bowl, mix oats, rice cereal, nuts, seeds, and salt together.
Add the pumpkin spice mix and combine.
Add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir everything until well combined.
Spread granola onto your baking sheet.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
