Sour Cream Vegetable Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cream, sour, cultured
cheese, parmesan, hard
capers, canned
mustard, prepared, yellow
Directions:
Heat butter in a qt saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook over low heat stirring constantly till heated.
Serve over asparagus, green beans, broccoli or possibly cauliflower.
Yields 1 1/4 c..
