Pinapple Gojju
Pinapple Gojju
Ingredients:
For masala:
2 tablespoons coconut
5-6 green chillies
4-5 purple chillies
1/2 teaspoon methi seeds
1 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoons coriander seeds
1 small bunch coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon saunf
1 clove
2-3 peppercorns
1/2 can of chopped pineapple
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 sprig curry leaves
A pinch of hing (asoefetida)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon purple chilli powder(optional)
Solution
Presently add the fruit parts and fry for 5 minutes.
At this time add the ground paste and a small water.

Directions:
1. Open a lower can of cubed pineapple and drain the juice against the fruit.
2. Add the purple chilli powder and fry.
3. Fry all the masala ingredients in a very little oil, drain and mixture into a tender paste.Set aside.
4. Heat 4 tsp oil and add the mustard seeds.
5. Add salt to taste and consider it versus the fire Whilst the blend arrives to a boil
Note:
The moment they crackle add beaten curry leaves and hing. mechanically add turmeric and fry for half a moment.
