vinegar, cider
sugars, brown

pineapple, raw, all varieties

Directions:
Clean the chicken and season it.
Cook the chicken on a pan with sesame oil .
Meanwhile is cooking add the sauce by mixing the ketchup, pineapple, sugar and the vinegar.
