Masala Vada
Components
1 cup yellow gram (chana) dak
1/2 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander finely chopped
1/2 cup dill leaves finely chopped
3-4 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds oil o deep fry
Process
Clean and soak dal for 3-4 hrs.

Retain 2 tbsp. dal apart, grind the chill out,coarsely. Combine all other elements, together with complete dal. Include 2-3 tbsp. warm oil to the combination.
Warmth oil, create pattie fashioned rounds with soaked palm.
Make it possible for very carefully into the warm oil.
Fry initial one facet then the other until finally golden brown.
Provide scorching with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or ketchup
