Chickpea Curry
(Chole Masale)

Elements:
1 lb. canned chickpeas
1 heavy potato, cooked and cubed
1 tbsp. oil
1 significant onion, pureed
1 massive tomato, pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1/2 tsp. each individual cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders.
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
Cilantro/coriander leaves

Solution:
Warm oil in just a non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onion and tomato, ginger and garlic
pastes, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders collectively for a few of minutes. Incorporate the potatoes and chickpeas and 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and cook right until finished. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
