2 cups of new coconut, shredded
10 dry crimson chillies
1 sprig curry leaves
A heavy pinch of hing (asoefetida)
1/2 tsp methi(fenugreek) seeds
2 tsp udad dhal
2 tsp c hanna dhal
1 very little tomato
Salt to flavor
Strategy
Warmth some oil and increase the dhals, curry leaves, hing, methi and pink chillies. Fry until eventually performed.
Incorporate this to the coconut and tomato and combine into a delicate paste.
Insert salt to flavor.
Goes very well with dosas, idli and simple rice.
