Orange Cantaloupe Sherbet
Ingredients:
melons, cantaloupe, raw
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
syrups, corn, light
orange juice, raw
sugars, granulated
orange juice, raw
Directions:
In a food processor, puree the cantaloupe.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the buttermilk, corn syrup, orange juice, sugar and orange zest.
Freeze in an ice cream machine until almost frozen.
Cut into chunks and process in a food processor until smooth.
Refreeze.
Let soften before serving.
