Pineapple Lassi Smoothie
Ingredients:
pineapple, raw, all varieties
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
honey
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, cardamom
vanilla extract
Directions:
1.
Take pineapple chunks out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to very slightly defrost.
2.
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and puree until completely smooth, thick and creamy.
3.
Pour into tall glasses and serve with straws.

Makes about 16 ounces.
