Mini Taco Tarts Recipe
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
seasoning mix, dry, taco, original
water, bottled, generic
cream, sour, cultured
sauce, salsa, ready-to-serve
olives, ripe, canned (small-extra large)
snacks, tortilla chips, light (baked with less oil)
cheese, cheddar
Directions:
Meat shells: Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well.
Press meat mix into bottom and sides of tart pans and set aside.
Combine lowfat sour cream, salsa, olives and 3/4 c. tortilla chips.
spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly.
Combine remaining chips and cheese, sprinkle over top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
Garnish with salsa
