Fruity Pancakes
Ingredients:
pancakes, plain, dry mix, complete (includes buttermilk)
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
sugars, granulated
strawberries, raw
Directions:
Heat lightly greased skillet on medium-low heat or lightly greased electric griddle to 375F.
Prepare pancake batter as directed on package using the 1 cup pancake mix.
Add cereal and sugar; mix well.
Ladle batter into prepared skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
Serve with the strawberries.
