Balsamic Reduction
Ingredients:
vinegar, balsamic
honey
Directions:
Mix vinegar and honey together in a small saucepan.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer over very low heat for 4 hours.
Mixture will thicken slightly and reduce to about 1/2 cup or so.
Can be stored, refrigerated, for months, but it probably wont last that long!
