Fat Free (Virtually) Biscuts (easy)
Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
Directions:
Combine flour and salt whisk and form a well.
Add yogurt in well and mix with fork until dough forms.
Add more flour if needed.
Roll out on floured surface 1/2" thick and cut with a biscut cutter.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with butter (optional).
