Pina Colada Cocktail
Ingredients:
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
pineapple, raw, all varieties
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Combine rum, cream of coconut, pineapple, and ice in a blender.
Puree on high speed until smooth.
Pour into chilled Collins glass and serve with a straw.
