Plum Wine
Ingredients:
plums, raw
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Wash and pluck plums.
Put them in a 5-qt ice cream pail.
Add vodka and sugar.
Let stand for 3-4 weeks at room temperature.
Strain dont squeeze.
You can also use cherries or strawberries.
