Simple Bul Go Gi
Ingredients:
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
spices, garlic powder
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
spices, pepper, black
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, and let marinate minimum 30 minutes.
Quickly cook steak over high heat, using oil (peanut, safflower, etc.
).
Sprinkle sesame seeds over dish.
Serve with rice.
