Meatball Casserole
Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
oats
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
onions, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
catsup
vinegar, distilled
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Combine meat, oatmeal, milk, onion flakes, salt and pepper.
Mix well, shape into 8 large meatballs and place in 2 quart casserole.
Combine catsup, vinegar, water, and sugar and pour over top of the meatballs.
Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
