Chinese Meat Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
spices, garlic powder

Directions:
Can be used on chicken wings, spareribs or possibly sirloin tips (3-5 pounds).
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate for 24 hrs.
Cook meat in marinade at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Drain off liquid.
Cook an additional 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
