Dannon Parmesan Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
cheese, parmesan, hard
artichokes, (globe or french), raw
parsley, fresh
spices, pepper, black
salt, table

Directions:
Note: To drain yogurt, take 2 cups plain yogurt and place in a paper towel lined strainer or coffee filter and let drain 1 hour (for 1 cup).
In a bowl combine drained yogurt, Parmesan cheese, artichokes, parsley, and pepper.
Mix well, adding salt if necessary.
Serve with flat breads, crackers, or veggies.
