Ladybirds ButterScotch Sauce .
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
sugars, brown
vanilla extract
Directions:
Place all the above ingredients into a medium saucepan , over high heat and bring to the boil , then turn down to a simmer and simmer for 5 minutes .
Once ready , remove from heat and place in a heatproof jug .
Serve hot or cooled , over cakes , slices , icecream or any sweet you like .
