Potato-Crusted Scallops
Ingredients:

mollusks, scallop, (bay and sea), cooked, steamed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place the potato chips in a shallow dish.
Roll the scallops in the potato chips until covered.
Arrange the coated scallops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.
